Divorce Busting
Recommending a Competitor
Proverbs 15:2 The tongue of the wise uses knowledge rightly, But the mouth of fools pours forth foolishness.
She actually is not a competitor. She is immensely more qualified than I am. She is a university trained expert with decades of experience and success. And, I am just a man who has a passion to help others avoid suffering the pain of divorce I suffered twenty years ago.
Her real competitor is marital destruction. Adultery. Abuse. Divorce. Things that tear families apart. And I have no problem recommending her very, very heartily.
Finding a Coach
Proverbs 15:22, “Without counsel purposes are disappointed: but in the multitude of counselors they are established”
Sometimes it helps to have a good relationship coach. Family and Marriage Counselors and Psychologists are highly educated and helpful for analyzing and understanding problems, how to prevent them, and how to manage them. But often they are more helpful before problems get out of hand and are not focused on pulling a troubled marriage out of crisis and saving a marriage.
However, a coach can often help in a crisis, too. Yet you have to be careful because some are really good and some can do more harm than good. Do your research.
