New York Governor, David Paterson, threw faithful spouses and their children under the bus when he signed no-fault divorce legislation that would allow unfaithful spouses to strip the faithful and their children of their right to live together in love enjoying shared family assets in peace.

Boomberg presented a deceptive and biased slant on this story today when it titled it's headline article, "Divorce Easier as New York Law Ends Need to Lie".

Did it "end the need to lie", really?  And is this Bloomberg's concept of quality, unbiased reporting?  Or does Bloomberg have a vested interest in creating revolving-door marriages that allow attorneys to shred the families of children for profit?

The Bloomberg article leans upon the credentials of Robert Ross, supervising judge of the matrimonial division in Nassau County, New York, on Long Island, quoting him as saying, "There is a human cost and a financial cost to a system demanding fault-finding.  It’s hard to know what impact a new law will have, but we do know that a grounds trial, and the expense and delay associated with it, is not a good thing.  However, Bloomberg did not include opposing views from other judges who have called this law "not only inhumane, but unconstitutional.

What Unilateral No Fault Divorce Really Does

• It allows attorneys to profit from shredding the families of small children.
• It robs children and their faithful parents of their right to live together in love enjoying the shared family assets.
• It strikes terror into the hearts of the faithful so they will surrender their life savings to the attorneys if that is their only hope of protecting their children and their families.
• It prostitutes justice to the harm of the innocent.
• It gives incentives for men to go on the prowl for married women in hopes of taking the house, children and income from a faithful husband.
• It gives incentives for unfaithful wives to seek the income of two working men.
• It turns America into a whorehouse of adultery and shoves children into that whorehouse.
• It calls the unconstitutional constitutional.
• It drives divorce rates through the stratosphere in every location it is implemented.
• It promises to reduce violent abuse but increases in countless ways.
• It forces the faithful and innocent pay for the crimes of the unfaithful.!

We need to fight this law, and if doing so requires bloodshed, please don't turn the gun on your children or your spouse or yourself.  Turn the gun on the supporters of this most treacherous and cowardly and tyrannical and treasonous law!  But, let the guns you turn upon them not be physical guns of violence but guns of reason, truth, sound logic, public confrontation, exposure, political campaigns, letters to the editor, letters to your senators and your representatives.

Upbraid the politicians who fight to bring this into law.  Ask public questions forcing your politicians to identify what they are doing to overturn this treacherous law and how well that is working.  Don't make your peace with the enemy.  Be fierce and relentless, but righteous and honorable!

Be pro-family like you mean it.
